About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. Research target accounts and personalise outreach at scale. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline targets. Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements
1+ years of SDR or sales experience. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot). Curiosity and eagerness to learn about our product and industry.
