About the Role
We are hiring an AI Engineer to design and implement AI features that transform how our users work. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and practical product development.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate large language models and AI APIs into product features. Fine-tune and evaluate models for specific use cases. Build prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation pipelines. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI roadmap. Monitor AI system performance and safety.
Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in applied AI/ML. Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs. Proficiency in Python. Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and agent architectures. Ability to balance research and product delivery.
