Technical Writer

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Writer to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products and APIs. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to explain complex topics simply.

Key Responsibilities

Write and maintain user guides, API docs, and internal wikis. Collaborate with engineers to understand and document technical features. Ensure documentation is current with product releases. Gather feedback from users and improve content accordingly. Develop and maintain documentation style guides.

Requirements

2+ years of technical writing experience. Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Familiarity with Markdown, Confluence, or similar documentation tools. Experience working with software or SaaS products. Excellent grammar, structure, and attention to detail.
