IT Support Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to our distributed team. You will troubleshoot issues, manage equipment, and ensure our people have everything they need to work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner. Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Support onboarding of new remote team members.
Requirements
2+ years of IT support experience. Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack). Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful approach. CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus.
