About the Role
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimise prompts and workflows for large language models integrated into our products. This is a fast-moving role at the frontier of applied AI.
Key Responsibilities
Design and iterate on prompts for production LLM applications. Build evaluation frameworks to measure output quality and reliability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI feature development. Research and apply advances in prompting techniques. Document best practices and maintain a prompt library.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with LLMs in a product or research context. Deep understanding of prompt engineering patterns (chain-of-thought, RAG, few-shot). Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models. Strong analytical thinking and systematic approach to testing. Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
