About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Manager to own our CRM platform, customer data strategy, and lifecycle marketing programmes. You will be a critical driver of retention and revenue through personalised engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the CRM platform strategy, configuration, and data hygiene. Build and manage customer segmentation and lifecycle campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams on CRM workflows. Analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement and conversion. Manage integrations between CRM and other business tools.
Requirements
3+ years of CRM management experience. Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platform. Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and journey mapping. Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
