Accounting Manager

About the Role
We are hiring an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage a small team, and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. This is a senior role with real leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations. Lead and develop a team of 2–4 accounting professionals. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Requirements
5+ years of accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a team lead or manager role. CPA, CA, or ACCA qualified. Expert knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite, or Xero). Strong leadership and team development skills. Exceptional accuracy and integrity.
