About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to proactively engage at-risk customers and implement strategies to reduce churn. Your work will directly protect and grow recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to at-risk customers with targeted save offers. Analyse churn data and identify patterns and root causes. Develop and execute retention campaigns across email, phone, and chat. Collaborate with CS, product, and marketing teams on retention initiatives. Track and report on retention rates and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
2+ years of customer retention, success, or support experience. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Data-driven approach to identifying at-risk segments. Experience with CRM and customer engagement tools. Resilient, empathetic, and commercially motivated.
