About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Capturer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems and databases. You will play a key part in ensuring our data integrity and supporting business operations through precise and timely data management.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture and input data from source documents into the relevant databases and systems. Verify and cross-check data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission. Identify and flag discrepancies or errors, escalating to the relevant team where necessary. Maintain organised and up-to-date records in line with company procedures. Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and quality benchmarks. Assist with data audits and clean-up exercises as required. Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with data privacy policies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or data capturing role. Fast and accurate typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard data management tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment. Good written communication skills in English.
